What's involved?
Your kid will be taught the basics of boxing, from some of Scotlands best coaches, in a fun, safe enviroment.

Sparring. Tech sparring drills focusing on more advanced footwork punching techniques and levelling up
your boxing ring craft. As well as working on different fighting stiles like counter punching,
aggressor, and boxing a different punching ranges.

A mixture of functional exercises and 1km runs! This tough workout will push you to your limits and allow you to become a fitter and stronger athlete during your HYROX sessions. A 50 minute class including 5 minute warm up and cool down and a 40 minute time cap on your chosen HYROX exercises for the session.
