Yes, we have a huge variety of different types of gym-goers who love to use our machines, weights, equipment and attend our classes.
Can I pay month-to-month?
Yes, you can choose one of our no-contract options for a more flexible membership.
I've never been to a gym before?
If it's your first time, the free gym induction offered with our membership plans is will be just what you need.
How do I book my induction?
After you join, you'll receive an email asking when you're next available to attend.
How much does it cost to join?
To join our gym there is a £10 joining fee.
At what age can I join?
You have to be 16 years old to join our gym. If you are under 16 we have kids boxing classes you can attend.
What are the opening times?
Mon-fri: 06:00-22:00
Sat-sun: 07:00-18:00

You can get your QR code or pin on our app.
How do I get the app?
After you join you will be emailed a link inviting you to download our app.

Yes, our gym has 24/7 CCTV which is monitored.
